“What’s in, what’s out: Connecticut makes recycling easier”

In a bid to make recycling easier and more popular, Connecticut has standardized recycling rules across the state. The state government has set up a website spelling out what’s “in”—including pizza boxes and bottle caps that are still attached to the bottle—and what’s “out,” including shredded paper and plastic bags.
