“LRK: Concourse world’s largest LEED Platinum building for historic adaptive reuse”
Crosstown Concourse, in Memphis, has just become the world’s largest building to be awarded LEED Platinum certification for historic adaptive reuse. Recycling was a major contributor to Crosstown’s achievement, with builders recycling over 65 million pounds of material, or 94 percent, of all the waste that was created during demolition and construction.
