E-waste piling up, will reach 82 million tons by 2030

According to a new report, the recycling industry saw 62 million tons of discarded cellphones, electronic toys, TVs, microwave ovens, e-cigarettes, laptop computers and solar panels in 2022. That number is set to climb higher.
